Curriculum Vitae

I was born in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and educated at Sutton High School G.P.D.S.T.
St Anne’s College, Oxford and The London School of Economics. I have been a professional writer for 30 years.
I have written over 30 Theatre plays, including work for the Royal Shakespeare Company, Bristol Old Vic, Derby Playhouse, Theatr Clwyd, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Colway Theatre Trust, Metro Theatre Company, The Soho Poly and The Orange Tree.

I have also written for Television and have had three 90 minute plays and one 75 minute play produced on BBC Radio, as well as five short stories.

I am a very experienced course and workshop leader, with a special interest in new writing and women’s work.
I am also a student and teacher of Jewish mysticism and meditation, and a Student Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers
