Editor:
Work
closely with publisher to help determine content and style
of each issue. Edit all articles, from working with writers
on topic and focus to copyediting and proofreading.
Fact-check every article. Work with chefs to accurately
reproduce their recipes.
Writer:
Contribute feature stories on tourism destinations, travel
experiences and aspects of the hospitality industry.
Places/experiences previously covered include: the Finnish
National Opera in Helsinki; touring Shodoshima, Japan;
safari in Botswana; luxury train journey through Southeast
Asia. Also write in-depth columns on specific ingredients
(eggs, butter, garlic) and many shorter pieces that appear
uncredited throughout each issue.
